Respite care is something that gives caregivers a break. For example, if a spouse or a family member just needs a couple hours to go to their own doctors appointment or take care of the child or just to get away, that is respite care. Since 2010 Burchcreek has been offering free respite care to citizens in Davis, Weber and Morgan counties. This service is offered through the local senior centers and is free of charge, to any one who has a need.
